Basic Consultation Services start at $150/session.
Partial Staging/Interior Re-design on an as-needed basis, have a variable rate.

Home Staging Consultations
$150/session — Home assessment, photos, and a highly detailed guide to follow for maximum results and profit. Maximum of 10 texts, emails, and/or phone calls. Anything over 10, is billed at a per-charge rate.
After 14 years of providing full-service staging, which was quite hands on; I now provide consultations only. I can be hired separately to do partial staging/interior re-design, on an as-needed basis.
This allows for a more cost-effective approach, as most home sellers prefer doing the work themselves. I do give them and the realtor/agent/broker the option to hire me separately, to assist in the process--either with the home prep--or as a "project manager" over movers, housekeepers, painters, etc.
I work with individuals, families, and realtors/agents/brokers; along with every budget and project size. You will get the same care and quality for a small job, as you would for a larger one. ALL of my clients and projects are very important to me.
Decorating/Design
Variable hourly rate — Choosing artwork, decor, cabinetry, furniture, flooring, etc. Trips to stores, and online research. Help with space planning, or doing an interior “re-design.” Sketches, if any, are included. Hand Drawings, or Chief Architect design and print outs, are billed separately. Maximum of 10 texts, emails, and/or phone calls. Anything over 10, is billed at a per-charge rate.
Colour Coordination Consultation
$150/session — Help with choosing paint colour, fabrics, furniture and flooring. Style quiz. Mood board or sketches. Detailed synopsis with 3 suggested choices.
If you have ever tried to pick colours before, you will know that one can literally go through 100’s of paint chips, multiple trips to the home improvement stores, and hours on Pinterest. Because colour is dependent on what lighting does to it, we often have to meet in person and see how the rooms react to the colour choices. It’s also crucial to see how the homeowner reacts to the choices. Colour-blindness, depression/anxiety, physical illness, and even memories can greatly affect how a colour interacts with a person inside and out. It’s important to be sensitive and mindful of these little details.
Masking-up is always an option, if needed during our visits. Please feel free to make the request.
