How a Consultation Works
Staging, Decorating & Colour Coordination

Our initial phone consultation is a FREE 30 minute conversation. We will take time to meet each other, discuss goals, and see if we are a good fit. At that time, we can schedule further discussion and goal planning.

Consultations start at $150/session. Payment is accepted as check, cash, and Paypal. Credit card processing is not accepted at this time, but will be available at a later date.
At our session, we will discuss our short term and long term goals and needs. We will also discuss honest time frames, and what will be needed to achieve your needs. I will assess the situation, your home, and take any photos and notes that might be needed.
Within 24 hours, by email, I will provide a highly detailed synopsis of our meeting, any mood boards that might be helpful, links to Pinterest or other sites that could be useful. Your synopsis provides you with an easily accessible guide to accomplish your staging and decorating needs. It will be a room-by-room, step-by-step guide. Following my suggestions will provide you with the best way to achieve a quick sale.
FOR A SEPARATE HOURLY FEE: Though I no longer have my staging storage units, I can and will do interior re-design for staging. This means I can help you rearrange furniture, do some feng shui and space flow, and possibly paint an accent wall. I may suggest new bedding, towels pillows, etc.—if you don’t already have options in your linen closet. I’m really good at using what you already have or doing “design-on-a-dime,” if this is something that would help.

Similarly to staging and decorating, we will meet to discuss your home needs and goals. If you already have paint chips or online ideas to narrow choices from, please have them available and ready. If there are fabrics and flooring involved, please have your samples available. We can also meet at a particular store. We will then take samples to view in your home, because LIGHTING is crucial to deciding how it will work in your space. We will also need to make sure the surroundings coordinate with any paint/fabric/flooring choices.
If needed, I will make reasonable stops or online research.
Normally, within 48-72 hours, I will provide a highly detailed synopsis by email. It will include up to 3 choices, and any links necessary. Some clients and customers might have a longer-term goal in mind: We can meet again after more research, and I can assist with reviewing the new paint colours. Or we can meet after your painting is scheduled.
FOR A SEPARATE HOURLY FEE, I do offer the option of hiring me to oversee the painting and coordinating with the contractors or painters.
Personal Life Coaching - Grief, Transition, and Career.

Often, as I work with clients, particularly while downsizing or clearing out a home for sale, I have been asked if I would consider providing individual life coaching sessions. Yes. I still offer both Life Coaching, and Life Vision Statements.
I incorporate a few modalities, but focus primarily on Colour Energy Visualization and Meditation, Dream Tending, Heartwork Journaling, and Paint From Your Soul. I also do faith based Inner Healing Sessions through prayer.
I also do separate Soul Collage sessions and Paint From Your Soul Sessions. (Individually, or in a class format.) I plan on offering PFYS retreats at a future date.
Life Coaching Packages:

$85/hour - One 60-minute session. Your choice of Inner Healing Prayer or Life Coaching using various modalities. This includes any forms, post discussion, and detailed notes/review by email. Depending on your needs and goals, we can see what modalities might fit best, and I can give you a list of art supplies if you decide on “Paint From Your Soul.”
This is a great option if you are self-reflective or just need an accountability coach to keep you on track every few weeks or months. (Say every 30, 60, or 90 days.)
Cash, check, or Paypal.
$350/month - 3 one-hour sessions. Initial forms, post discussion, limited follow-up emails and detailed notes/review by email. This is a great option for long-term goals or grief-transition situations.
We also do a review at the end of the month. If you feel that another month would be helpful or if you need a longer break to work on goals/procession would be better, then we can extend.

colour coaching overview
Though I primarily use life coaching techniques while providing interior design and staging consultations, I still provide one-on-one life coaching.
Colour is pretty much ingrained in my life. I notice it in people, places, and just about anything around me. I notice what colours look good on a person's skin tone or hair (the Color Me Beautiful, Color of Style, and the Color Made Easy techniques). I notice how lighting reacts with the way a room is situated and painted--and how it affects a client's mood. I also notice how colour can affect us on a daily basis through surroundings and personal use. It can also change us, bringing healing and transformation. Learning how to apply it effectively is the key!
Because of this, I focus my life coaching sessions on learning how to use colour to enhance our awareness and creativity. Learning how that energy can inspire us, helps us create the transition and change we are wanting to create.
I provide sessions in-person, over the phone, and via Skype or Zoom.
While working together, if we find there are concerns or issues that go beyond life coaching parameters, then I can refer you to professional counselors and therapists in the area.
